docs: fix Next-link chain, add parts list to Build Path, reword cross-refs - Why-We-Use-Spring-Tactors.md pointed Next at Part 3 instead of Part 1, skipping ordering/flashing entirely - Home.md's Build Path never linked the Parts and Tools List - Part-2's cross-reference to Part 5 read as recording data inside that page rather than needing it there later - Disclaimers.md still said "Blue Buzzah" instead of "BlueBuzzah v3"

docs: rebuild wiki with updated LRA housing assembly instructions Archive 13 outdated wiki pages to archive/ directory, preserving footer, acknowledgements, and disclaimers. Add new LRA Housing Assembly page from updated source instructions with descriptively named images under images/lra-housing/. Rewrite Home.md as a minimal landing page for the new wiki structure.
