Bobby's Soundtrack Mod v1.0.5 for SPT 3.9.4

Reworked the method responsible for selecting and loading the next track to be played.
The result is a track order that feels more random and never allows a song to play twice in one cycle of the playlist.
Additionally, the same track can never play twice in a row unless it is the only track in the "sounds" folder.
