Missing locales

Current behavior

The following locales strings are missing, so can't be translated:

• Select filter mode (When hover filter in notes section).
• Add tag... (Placeholder).
• Lock (When hover eye icon in note edit).
• Unlock (When hover eye icon in note edit).
• Star (When hover star icon in note).
• Fullscreen(Ctrl+B) (When hover fullscreen icon in note).
• Empty thrash (When right click on Trash).
• Unlink Storage (When right click on My Storage).
• All 5 options in the context menu (When right click on folder from My Storage).
• Toggle editor mode (In Hotkeys preferences).
• Help (In Hotkeys preferences).
• Hide help (In Hotkeys preferences).
• Full help block (When toggle help in Hotkeys preferences).
• Show only related tags (In Interface preferences).
• Disable Direct Write (It will be applied after restarting) (In Interface preferences).
• Editor themes selector (In Interface preferences).
• Snippets themes selector (In Interface preferences).
• Enable smart quotes (In Interface preferences).
• Render newlines in Markdown paragraphs as
  (In Interface preferences).
• Custom CSS (In Interface preferences).
• Allow custom CSS for preview (In Interface preferences).
• New Snippet (Button in Snippets preferences).
• Snippet name (When click in snippet in Snippets preferences).
• Snippet prefix (When click in snippet in Snippets preferences).
• All the window menu and submenus (The window menu).
