Exporting storage does not include attachments

Current behavior

Exporting a storage does not export any attachments or images.

Expected behavior

Exporting a storage produces the same results as exporting a folder or a single note.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a note with an image (or different attachment)
2. Export the storage that this note is in
3. Check the exported note and see that the attachments are missing.

Environment

• Version : 0.13.0
• OS Version and name : Ubuntu 16.04

This is still an issue on version 14, is see #3383 for a work around.

Ideally when this is fixed there would be an option to import/export from the terminal, e.g. boostnote -export would automatically export all the file to md and boostnote --import would automatically import them, that way the official import/export route could be implemented with a git hook.
