#2960 - Feature - Add a dialog to perform operations on multiple selected notes

Description

This PR provides feature requested in #2960 by adding a dialog that enables to perform operations on multiple selected notes like:

• (Un)Pining
• (Un)Staring
• Exporting
• Deleting
• Publishing
• Adding/Removing Tags
• The dialog automatically pops up when multiple notes are selected

Type of changes

• ⚪ Bug fix (Change that fixed an issue)
• ⚪ Breaking change (Change that can cause existing functionality to change)
• ⚪ Improvement (Change that improves the code. Maybe performance or development improvement)
• ✔️ Feature (Change that adds new functionality)
• ⚪ Documentation change (Change that modifies documentation. Maybe typo fixes)
