Ultrakill Poptracker v0.3.1

Fixed issues with certain options removing items when they should be included

• Randomize Secondary Fire when false gives all items from start instead of removing
• Start with arm, slide, and slam when true now gives the items on tracker
• Setting stamina and wall jumps to 3 should give each item in respective category
