check_ped(): each pedigree cycle is now reported once, as a closed path (e.g. A -> B -> A), instead of once per individual in the cycle. Detecting cycles no longer slows down on large pedigrees with many shared ancestors. An individual recorded as its own parent is reported once.
check_ped(): dependencies always has a dependency column, even when no dependencies are found.
find_parentage(): the error of tied best pairs (mendelian_error_pct_2, ...) is rounded to 2 decimals, like the best pair.
No function arguments or result names changed.
