• Items in the mail are now counted: your mailbox is snapshotted whenever you open
  it, shows as a mail entry in every location breakdown, and — unlike auction
  listings — is part of Total items owned. Counts update live while you loot mail.
• Mailing items to your own characters credits them to the recipient immediately:
  from the moment the send succeeds, the items count under the recipient's name, and
  the recipient's own tooltips show them as mail until collected. The credit is
  replaced by the real inbox contents the next time that character opens a mailbox,
  and expires on its own after 31 days (unclaimed mail auto-returns at 30).
• A stranger's Cash-on-Delivery package is not counted until you pay for it; COD
  mail between your own characters counts throughout.
• New Mail location setting.
• The Characters page's scan-age line now includes mail.
