PDF Deduplicator 1.3.0 — Zotero 10 support

Zotero 10 compatibility release, forked from heimi98/zotero-deduplicator v1.2.0.

What changed

• strict_max_version widened from 9.* to 10.0.* so Zotero 10 keeps the plugin enabled (per the Zotero 10 developer notes, Zotero 10 uses the same Firefox 140 ESR platform and none of its API changes affect this plugin's calls)
• Version bumped to 1.3.0; update channel moved to this repository

bootstrap.js and all content/ scripts are byte-identical to upstream v1.2.0.

Install

1. Download zotero-pdf-deduplicator.xpi below
2. Zotero → Tools → Plugins → gear icon → Install Plugin From File
3. Restart Zotero; a Scan Existing PDFs... item appears in the Tools menu

Existing installs of upstream v1.2.0 will be upgraded in place (same plugin ID, which serves as the upgrade path — not an authorship claim).
