Could you try downloading and testing that build instead? |
The first link (CEmu v2.0dev (git: dcb3c27)) starts, asks to associate ROM. I point to ROM which I sent from personal laptop to work laptop via Airdrop and it offers this warning:
To which I selected no. Not surprisingly, in this state, CEmu is not functioning, although it is not crashing. The below is what appears in the Control window:
[CEmu] Initialized Server [Calculator | cemu-1254]

I shut down completely and started the box prior to downloading CEmu v2.0dev (git: dcb3c27) which resulted in above.
I shut down completely and started after installing.
I will attempt to install ROM directly from attached calculator once I located cable.
Thank you for your time.
Respectfully,
Dana

Also, apparently a translation issue solved itself after a reboot according to this comment <#401>, can you try that as well?

I know that it has been quite some time since this request. Swap computers to M1 MBP 13 inch and wipe OS and re-acquire ROM from TI-84 Plus CE which required
https://yvantt.github.io/arTIfiCE/ <https://yvantt.github.io/arTIfiCE/>
In order to run DUMP on TI OS 5.6.0
Everything appears to be in order to simply run as a calculator on computer whilst teaching.
Thank you. Will report any problems if any occur.
Respectfully,
dana

Operating System: Mac OS 11.5.1
CEmu version: Latest download from GitHub
Describe your issue:
Having been issued a new MBPro from university, I stupidly copied CeMu from personal laptop rather than downloading. Not sure if this is the cause so including it. I attempted opening, and though "Oh. Right. Have to load ROM." Copy ROM but then recalled that the software prompts for the association (pointer). Did not see it. Oops. Maybe fresh download. Did so. Now CeMu opens and I can see the pointer prompt software open and then quickly close. I am sure I have to clear some library or something and re-download but as you can tell, I am not versed to say the least.
What are the steps to reproduce this issue?
Any logs, error output, screenshot, other comments...?
