Review fixes for dbx-store PR #47:

  • Exact integer parsing (no f64 round-trip); i64 overflow falls back to exact TEXT
  • Leading-zero guard enforced at type inference (UI default plans inherit it)
  • Candidate scope reduced to windows-x64 until macOS/Linux support is verified
