Pir 0.1.4 improves window placement, file interactions, and onboarding

• Window moves persist without resizing, with separate display migration handling
• All pin controls appear at the upper left; transparent images use an external toolbar, rounded contrast background, and an unshadowed dashed outline
• Hover controls fade in and out; transparent controls and outlines also scale, with Reduce Motion support
• Transparent image edges support resizing and matching cursors
• File pins support intersection selection, Finder-style selection highlights, Open, Move to Trash, Get Info, Rename, Show in Finder, and Remove from list
• Rename and Trash synchronize file and descendant references across pins
• Completed release launches stay quiet; the default shortcut is Shift + Command + V
• Onboarding is geometrically centered, with a larger start button and randomized fireworks at three times the previous particle size and spread
