BREAKING CHANGE: reads that used to raise NotSupportedError at the
16384-row per-call ceiling (aggregates, client-side ORDER BY, joins,
UPDATE) now page through and return/write the complete result; Django's
TextField DDL type changed from VARCHAR(65535) to TEXT (analyzer-enabled
-- new collections created from existing models differ). This is the
1.0.0 release commit.
