v1.1.1 — textual by default (tui without the extra)

Improvements

• textual now installs by default — the [tui] extra is gone. uv tool upgrade idamcp-hub (or uvx idamcp-hub ...) alone now enables both tui and dump; no --extra tui needed. Worker internals are unchanged — textual is imported host-side only, workers keep their zero-third-party-dependency stdlib bridge.
• Docs, CLI help, and the missing-textual error hint updated to match.
