The goal of this milestone is to convert & rewrite & refactor the HTML client in order to support existing functionality without any need for Angular any longer, instead using React (GUI), Redux (state) and related tools & libraries.

This milestone should not be used for implementing new features or enhancements, or for fixing bugs not directly related to it.
