Cartwheel MCP 0.2.0 — grounded Blender workflow

The approved grounded motion workflow is now the default for the Blender examples and is available directly through MCP.

• Gaussian contact easing, preserved source travel, stable knee IK, smooth pelvis lowering, and foot yaw from the source ankle rotation.
• grounded_blender_scene MCP prompt and cartwheel://workflows/blender guide, with scene scripts and generated motions included in the package.
• Grounding and continuity checks run before final movie rendering.
• Updated After Hours, Slow Morning, and Moon Mail films and gallery images.

Validation: 13 protocol/security tests; packaged stdio discovery; a clean packaged Blender rebuild and motion checks; final movie frame counts and decoding; credential and internal-reference review. The ten public API tools retain their existing scope.

The attached .tgz is a Node package distribution. This release does not imply npm publication or an MCP Registry listing.
