What's New

/knowledge-wiki-synthesis — fix concept list truncation (#31)

The synthesis skill piped wiki-index read-concepts output directly to the Bash tool, which silently truncates large outputs — meaning only the first ~20 concepts were visible to the skill when scanning for synthesis candidates. The fix mirrors the pattern already used in /knowledge-wiki-merge: redirect the full concept list to /tmp/wiki-concepts.md, then read it back with the Read tool using offset/limit paging. Large wikis will now have all their concepts considered during a synthesis pass rather than a silent subset.

/knowledge-wiki-cluster — sibling-merge support (#32)

Previously, a thin child concept whose content was a strict subset of another child's could only be folded into the parent or left in place — there was no way to consolidate it sideways into the richer sibling and delete it. This release introduces Anchor / Fold-candidate / Merge into {anchor-slug} vocabulary and a sibling-merge pass that runs before parent creation.

Key behavior changes:

  • Previously-dismissed children are now included in each cluster's children array as { path, dismissed } objects, making them available for the sibling-merge pass (auto-classified as Anchors, with their prior dismiss decision preserved)
  • Fold all and Link all explicitly skip dismissed: true children; the parent-creation gate only fires when at least one dismissed: false child has a Fold or Link outcome
  • The candidates.mjs find-implied-parent-concepts script now surfaces dismissed children with a (dismissed) marker in the table and auto-recommends Link for them
  • Cluster-level choice section 4c is split into labeled subsections (4c.1–4c.5) for clarity
  • Child-level "Skip" is renamed "Link" throughout, consistent with the cluster-level "Link all" label
