Alien Sync v0.2.0 - Release Notes

This release introduces major stability improvements, a system tray icon for better background operation, and automatic updates.
New Features
- System Tray Icon:
- Alien now runs in the system tray (near your clock) when the main window is closed, keeping the server active.
- Left-click the tray icon to open the main window.
- Right-click for a menu to show the window or fully quit the application.
- Automatic Updates:
- The app will now automatically check for updates on startup and prompt you to install new versions when available.
🐐 Improvements & Fixes
- Stability: Significantly improved connection stability and playback synchronization. Addressed issues causing disconnects or erratic behavior. (Please ensure you are using the latest Alien Roblox Studio plugin for best results.)
- Memory Use: Closing the main window now correctly stops the interface process, saving system memory while the app runs in the background.
- MPV Handling: Closing the MPV player window manually will now also correctly shut down the main Alien application.
- Restart Feature: Made the "Set & Restart" / "Reset Port & Restart" buttons more reliable.
- UI: Added notes explaining the new close-to-tray behavior and darkened the interface cards slightly.
Macos and Linux do not work yet so I've removed those binaries
