This is a backward-compatible patch release containing the reviewed v2.0.2
repair work:

  • add explicit, identity-checked reviewed remote adoption for true
    no-transaction divergence;
  • honor SSM_CONFIG_DIR for the encrypted vault and private sidecars;
  • keep ordinary pull fail-closed and preserve the v2.0.1 public contract.

The official exact-tag release workflow creates the stable v2.0.2 Release with
make_latest=false; v2.0.1 remains GitHub latest until a separate explicit
latest-promotion decision and its canaries pass.
