ARK 041D - guarded read recovery and diagnostics
Pre-releaseARK 041D / 0.9.42 is a Windows preview for guarded read recovery and live team diagnostics.
- Read receipts provide concrete recovery actions. Automatic supersession needs the original native selector to be proven; other corrections require an explicit author decision at the current revision.
- Reduced tool catalogues retain strict read identities. External Studio diagnostics expose bounded attributed evidence without another model call.
- Nested Graphify warnings remain visible without aborting successful memory/Obsidian export. Real failures and changed source still reject publication.
The Windows installer and portable ZIP are the same immutable files tested locally. Fresh installation, 040-to-041 upgrade, relocated native CAD/STEP/save-reopen, semantic memory and packed UI checks passed. The installer is unsigned; its native control layout was checked, with no full wizard pixel-acceptance claim.
A controlled real-model recovery task passed after the model's own resolution report was accepted before its geometry edit. Both experiments count: the first exposed a catalogue-dependent defect and failed acceptance; the corrected task passed. They used 742,285 tokens in total. This is a bounded recovery result, not proof of general autonomous assembly quality or token savings.
The initial broad Studio run retained three fixture failures; corrected short output paths and the example working directory passed the isolated controls and final CTest integration. Product support for unusually long Windows paths remains limited. Internet update-feed delivery is not qualified by this preview.
See PR 23, iteration evidence, and the attached verification receipt and SHA256SUMS for exact scope and provenance.
