Fixed

  • Replaced the single vertical quota shimmer with tiled diagonal wave blocks across the full remaining-dot matrix.
  • Staggered phase by both row and column so the complete illuminated block travels to the right instead of flashing one synchronized column.
  • Changed the running palette to progress by row from RUN green to blue-green and matched the reference animation at roughly 800 ms per loop.

Firmware assets

  • app.bin: signed OTA application image
  • full.bin: USB recovery image for flashing at 0x0

The physical device was updated by OTA and reported firmware 0.1.19 running with valid boot health.
