What changed

Live quota updates recover automatically when the owned Codex app-server returns an account rate-limit read error, including stale or invalidated credentials.
The last valid allowance stays visible while credentials refresh.
The native BLE Helper now explicitly targets macOS 13+, preventing prerelease build hosts from producing a future-only app bundle.

Install or upgrade

brew update && brew upgrade charlexh/tap/code-buddy && code-buddy repair

Use the app-only StickS3 image for OTA updates. The full image is for wired recovery/provisioning. Verify downloads with SHA256SUMS.
