1.9.0 — Sync Performance & Event Loop Cleanup

Improves sync evaluation performance and removes fragile asyncio side-effects:

• Reuses a lazily initialized class-level ThreadPoolExecutor in Guard.evaluate_sync() instead of creating a new pool on every call (reduces overhead in sync-heavy workloads like Django middleware)
• Removes global event loop manipulation from Guard.__init__() (get_event_loop / new_event_loop / set_event_loop)
• Safer integration with async frameworks (e.g. Django async_to_sync)
• No behaviour changes
