Rework composer Markdown rendering into a projection → installation
pipeline: segment-aware UTF-16 projections behind the decoration seam,
per-line list marker overlay (bullets/tasks drawn per draft line, not per
DOM block), table and fence visuals unchanged as the target look.
Add Shift+Enter break continuation for lists, tasks and quotes: arm on
keydown, settle after the host's native break lands, with ordered-list
renumbering drained as revision-guarded follow-up edits.
Rebuild long-paste clips around a controller/store/panel split; file-mode
delivery, extension picker and sidebar LLM rewrite retained.
Integrate Context Doctor into the context map workspace: overview /
diagnostics / analysis / feedback pages on top of the live host-projected
composition, with mode presets, evidence filtering and persisted reports.
Replace the Markdown diagnostics feature with an inactive-line syntax
marker setting: hidden (default) or faded display for source markers on
unfocused constructs.
