This release contains several minor updates to different parts of the workflow:

• Setting of MCMC seeds has been updated to work with a recent change in nimble
• A new function for recreating the map of raw data (in the publication) has been added
• Some logos have been removed from diagrams to be on the safe side when it comes to copyright

v2.0

Release contains the second publication-ready version of the reproducible integrated modelling workflow for population dynamics of red foxes on Varanger. All updates relative to v1.0 were a consequence of the peer-review process of the associated research paper. Issue #78 summarizes all major changes made in the version update.

The main workflow is available both as a manual workflow and a semi-automated targets pipeline and detailed in a walkthrough vignette. Functionality for Population Viability Analysis (PVA) is not included in the targets pipeline yet, but is available as a manual workflow including documentation.

Running the code requires retrieval of auxiliary data from OSF and - optionally - from the COAT data portal. Refer to the walkthrough vignette for details and instructions.
