Release contains the first publication-ready version of the reproducible integrated modelling workflow for population dynamics of red foxes on Varanger. The main workflow is available both as a manual workflow and a semi-automated targets pipeline and detailed in a walkthrough vignette. Functionality for Population Viability Analysis (PVA) is not included in the targets pipeline yet, but is available as a manual workflow including documentation.

Running the code requires retrieval of auxiliary data from OSF and - optionally - from the COAT data portal. Refer to the walkthrough vignette for details and instructions.
