Fixes

  • Windows deployment fix - Fix ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on Windows caused by IPv4/IPv6 localhost resolution mismatch; bind Express to 0.0.0.0, use 127.0.0.1 in all proxy targets, and add dynamic CORS origins for dev port
  • Resilient plugin loading - Catch plugin require/init errors so one bad plugin doesn't crash the entire server
