SUMMARY: Content "Obsolete old location mods"
Purpose of change
The content from the location mods is currently being updated to meet current map standards and integrated into core. Since there is no intention to maintain these as mods they are unmaintained and only being kept to give people working on their content an easier workflow which only requires that the files stay in the repository.
Describe the solution
Flag location mods and their graphical overmap additions as obsolete. As this content is updated for core the graphical overmap mod should be updated as well.
Testing
Game loads as expected.
