Purpose of change
PR 3 of canteen base camp expansion version 2 (PR 1 is #51847).
This PR expands on PR 2 (#51872) and includes all of its contents, with the difference being the addition of a new material to make the canteen out of.
Describe the solution
Same as #51872, adding rock as a building material.

Constructed the whole expansion out of rock, this time as the SE expansion.
