Custom bundle of DolphinVR optimized for SMG2, preconfigured for Oculus Quest

Howto:
- Download this repo
- Place SMG2 iso in "ISO" folder
- Connect Oculus Quest with PC (tested only with Oculus Link, but maybe ALVR or VirtualDesktop works).
- Launch "Dolphin.exe" and click Play
Current status: Playable with a i7 and a 980ti, but slowdown without skip frame at least 1.
For debug/testing, better setup: in front on PC, connect with Oculus Link, enter Oculus Dash and switch between game and desktop view for settings and tuning.
At start, right touch A + trigger
Nunchuck Control stick: Move --> Left thumbstick
Nunchuck C button: Reset Camera --> Left trigger
Nunchuck Z button: Crouch, water dive --> Left grip
WiiMote Grab star bits --> Y and use the right thumbstick.
WiiMote Control pad: Move Camera --> OK, right thumbstick
WiiMote A button: Jump: --> A on right touch
WiiMote + or - button: Pause menu --> Y on left touch
WiiMote B button: Shoot star bits --> Right trigger
WiiMote Shake --> grip on right touch. TODO: real shake
Mapping based on Mario All Stars button are under evaluation.
- Fix any glitch with culling codes, hide objects etc.
- All level playable

- Map Valve Index controller.
