Overlix for Windows 1.3.2 (110)

Sign-in

  • Sign-in fixed on more networks: Overlix now signs in through id.overlix.net. Networks with strict DNS (Google/Cloudflare DNS, Private DNS) could not reach the old address because of a .io.vn DNS problem, so the app showed "Could not reach the server".
  • Sign in with Discord returns through id.overlix.net too.
  • Email typo check: sign-up catches common email typos (like gmial.com) before you submit.
  • Username after deleting an account: a username freed by a deleted account can be taken again.

Chat

  • Messages sync instantly: what you send shows up right away on your other devices, and friends see it live.
  • Live chat list: the newest conversation moves to the top as messages arrive.
  • No duplicate messages when the server confirms a message you just sent.
  • Cleaner timestamps: messages sent one after another no longer each get their own date line.

Worlds and joining

  • Nearest server: Overlix measures your ping and connects you through the closest Overlix server (Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi).
  • Faster direct joins: native joins now also work over a Cloudflare relay. If it fails mid-game, Overlix switches to the Overlix server without kicking you.
  • Friends only: the switch works again even when you are not sharing a world.
  • More stable hosting: kick, voice, closing a world and online status now work across servers.

Cross-version play

  • Add-ons: custom blocks and items from add-ons now carry over between Minecraft versions.
  • Newer blocks for older versions: blocks added in 26.50+ show up for older players through an automatic resource pack, instead of turning into placeholders.
  • Terrain fixed: players on 26.30 joining a 1.21.120 world (and the other way round) no longer see holes or missing chunks.

Shop

  • Coins animate: your balance shows +/- when you earn or spend coins.

Windows

  • Windows on ARM: the same installer sets up the native ARM64 build on ARM PCs.

Install

  1. Download setup_overlix_v1.3.2.exe below and run it. No admin rights needed.
  2. Windows SmartScreen may warn because the installer isn't signed yet. Click More info → Run anyway.

If something goes wrong, use Send log in the app and send us the code.
