Changes from 1.2.1 to 1.3:

1. Removed references to the bug (resolved by having starting drone parts be equal or more than number of starting drone blueprints; strange that having less will delete drone blueprints on restart...)
2. Square B: Drone Parts from 2 to 3, Backup Battery Level 1 to 2, Reactor from 5 to 3
3. Updated metadata.xml to reflect changes
