rake ENGINE:install:migrations. Defaults to nil; engine specific migrations are not
ENGINE_DB - Specify engine database. Defaults to
DISABLE_CREATE - Don't run
DISABLE_MIGRATE - Don't run
db:migrate db:test:prepare after creating database.
