• Prompter can answer help-forum posts that have had no reply from anyone but their author after a delay; it is off until forum channels and a delay are configured, answers each post at most once, and stores no question text (#80)
• Maintainers can run the answer-quality evaluation against the production corpus on demand from a dispatch-only workflow with a cost ceiling; the report is attached to the workflow run (#79)

• The incremental reindex ceiling is raised to 4M reserved tokens and $0.25 per run (the daily $0.50 cap is unchanged), so the release-note and sample sources and ordinary documentation changes fit in one run

• Conversation context from a thread or reply is no longer dropped when the host is busy: redaction of history now runs in linear time, and if it ever times out the affected text is removed instead of the whole history (#81)
• A reindex that cannot run now exits with a clear "Index failed" message instead of crashing with exit code 139 (#83)
