Stage Manager, Showrunner's Kubernetes operator, gets its foundation and its first working resource: a Performance runs one application with its AuthProxy and its own Ante, configured from a Cratis environment.

Added

  • Stage Manager operator with custom resources in showrunner.cratis.io/v1alpha1 generated from C# types: Performance, plus Production, Understudy, Restore, Rehearsal, BackstagePass and ControlRoom as schema (part of #14)
  • Performance runs one application per environment: the application, AuthProxy when it has authentication, and exactly one Ante when it has onboarding, reachable only through AuthProxy's ingress (#68)
  • Environment values and secrets are resolved from a Cratis environment (passphrase from a Kubernetes Secret, Azure Key Vault or HashiCorp Vault) and reach containers only as mounted Secret files
  • A Performance with missing environment keys is reported as Blocked with the keys listed, and nothing is rolled out
  • Generated signing keys for Ante invitations and AuthProxy attestation, rotated on request while previous public keys stay pinned
  • cratis/showrunner-operator Helm chart and container image, versioned together
