Container v3.1.0-preview

This release packages container v3.1.0 with tModLoader v2026.08.2.1 on the preview channel.

• Allow dashboard HTTP access from RFC 1918 source addresses and loopback;
  require HTTPS for other sources on every request without a startup crash loop.
• Enable direct LAN dashboard access with automatic IP/port origins, preserving
  setup-code authentication and cross-origin checks. Add explicit single-proxy
  trust for original client addresses and HTTPS detection.

Validation

The candidate digest passed Bash and configuration regression tests, a real dedicated-server startup and healthcheck, command injection, graceful shutdown, password-leak detection, and persistent-log verification on both linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 before these tags were assigned.

Native executable architecture and live Workshop download/cache reuse were also verified.
