voltdir 0.0.3 (Windows x64).

voltdir.exe is the program the voltdir Claude skill drives. It is read-only: it reads names, sizes, timestamps and attributes, never file contents, and it has no networking code (see SECURITY.md).

The build is deterministic (Rust 1.94.0, MSVC, reproducible linker flags): with the same commit and toolchain you get the same bytes. Steps are in the README under "Verify the bundled binary". The binary is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn the first time you run it.

What is new: find --snapshot uses a name index (<snapshot>.nidx) so follow-up questions take about a second; voltdir index adds it to older snapshots; faster --exclude; AGENTS.md; plain-language use cases (including the PDFs that chat apps download).
