• Fixed: editing an invoice with a discount in the invoice history (status, payment date) failed with
  "Duplicate entry '…-discount_draft'". Kimai's edit form removes hidden meta fields from the loaded invoice; the
  snapshot protection now checks the stored values instead of inserting them again. No database changes.

• The free version limit can no longer be bypassed by parallel requests: counting and creating a discount run under
  a database lock (GET_LOCK), a parallel creation waits at most 10 seconds. No database changes.
