MyFox 1.3.3

• Checking for updates and installing no longer use GitHub's API, which allows only 60 requests an hour per address: a few checks were enough for «rate limit exceeded». MyFox reads the release tags the way git does and downloads the files directly
• The bookmarklet styling is versioned by when it was last built with changes; installs updated to this version get it once more with the new version
