Add animated splash screen and improve login UX
Introduces a custom animated splash screen to enhance application startup visuals. Updates login window to handle external links securely by opening them in the default browser. Fixes a progress update bug in transfer_manager.js to prevent progress reset when paused. Also removes target="_blank" from the Telegram API key link in login.html for improved security.
