On Ubuntu no GUI web browser included or available

This is a severe bug of a desktop system: I could not find any GUI web browser.

Even if we would not be able to provide Firefox or Chromium on this architecture. Some basic web browser for web browsing, watching YouTube (and similar) videos, online shopping and banking, ... should be available.

I have found now that there is a web browser, at least a simple one, Epiphany:

sudo apt install epiphany-browser

It does not play videos (YouTube and others) though.

So having Firefox would be great ...

Sorry that we do not have any support for the player and browser at present, so we cannot use the functions of the player and browser for the time being

We will pre-install Firefox and Chrome browsers and vlc video player in the next version, but will not support video hard decoding

This iś indeed fixed in the v1.1 version of the Ubuntu 24.04 image. Thanks a lot.
