Kernel does not support squashfs

Ideally the kernel would follow the config of the upstream distribution. Lack of squashfs support makes it difficult to use snap applications.

You want to flip this to built-in or module:

This is also extremely important for me with my OpenPrinting work, as one reason for me to use the RISC-V board is that I want to extend the snapping of CUPS and the Printer Applications to RISC-V.

We have already turned on squashes. It will be released in the next version.

What is the release schedule like? When can we expect this kernel to arrive in both the Ubuntu and Fedora images or updates?
