Breaking: removes frontend-ci.yml, python-backend-ci.yml and the setup-python-env / node-bun-biome-playwright actions. Call ci.yml directly (needs a mise.toml).

  • ci.yml: unified mise-based pipeline with automatic task detection; runs build before checks.
  • npm-publish.yml: bun/node come from the repo's mise.toml; node_version / bun_version are optional overrides.
  • publish-docker.yml: new build_args and inject_github_token inputs.
  • setup-mise pins mise and uses jdx/mise-action v5.2.4.
  • Actions updated: checkout v7, upload-artifact v7, setup-uv v10.3.3, playwright-report-summary v4, create-github-app-token v3.3.0, docker actions; llm-doc-update runs on Python 3.15.
