Eliminating warnings concerning BWV1009

This release eliminates all warnings pertaining to BWV1009, including

encoding errors,
syntax errors and inconsistencies, and
score-label mismatches.
Also, the labels have been "moved" to the Roman numeral annotation layer using the ms3 update command, which also removes any leading periods . which are not required in that layer.

All commands have been performed using ms3 v2.2.1.
