TidyFlow 2.3.1

Sorting works in the downloaded app again.

• Fixed "Read-only file system: 'data'": the downloaded app couldn't save its working files, so sorting stopped with this error. They now go to TidyFlow's own folder in Application Support (AppData on Windows)

The builds aren't notarized yet, so the first launch shows a warning:

• macOS: click Done, then open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to TidyFlow. Or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/TidyFlow.app in Terminal.
• Windows: choose More info → Run anyway.
