API Change

• HUD buttons can now use plain HTML elements instead of jQuery by setting nativeDom: true in registerHudButton
  • With nativeDom, onClick and onRightClick get a MouseEvent and an HTMLButtonElement, and onRenderComplete gets an HTMLElement
  • The jQuery handlers still work but are deprecated and will be removed in v3.0.0

Fixes

• Content inside a {{#compare}} block can now read values from the template it is in
• Registering a scene control, HUD button, directory, or settings button now throws an error if the module doing the registration is not active
