A new Paper setting.

• Tunes are now drawn in black ink on cream paper by default (the cream thesession.org uses), in light and dark themes alike. The staff, sol-fa, rhythm sticks and warnings all stay readable in a dark theme.
• "Paper" in the settings switches to white paper, or to Follow theme, which keeps the old look: the theme's text colour on the note background.

Two layout fixes.

• With the staff off, every line of sticks and sol-fa now shrinks by the same amount on a narrow page. Before, each line shrank by its own amount, so some lines came out smaller than others.
• The Staff, Sol-fa, Rhythm and size buttons now wrap onto a second row on a narrow screen, instead of running off the edge.

• Renders ABC tunes in abc-solfa code blocks, with buttons to show or hide the staff, sol-fa and rhythm.
• Sol-fa syllables under the notes, using movable do. Minor tunes are la-based by default, as in Kodály teaching.
• Kodály stick notation with rhythm syllables (ta, ti-ti, tika-tika, tri-o-la and more), above the staff or on its own. Covers simple and compound meters, rests, ties, pickups, triplets, repeats and first and second endings.
• Set the beat grouping per block, for example group=2+2+3.
• The - and + buttons make the sol-fa and rhythm larger or smaller.
• Can also show plain abc blocks, if you turn that on in the settings and turn off any other ABC plugin.
