v3.0.0 — CORE 3.0, every v3 gate closed
Major release: CORE 3.0, production ready. Every CORE 3.0 gate is closed (48 issues). No database migrations.
Major because two audit engines are removed (below).
Removed
action_gateandruntime_gateengines (#1346, #1348): no rule used them. A rule in your.intent/that names
either engine now gets a blocking engine-missing finding; point it at a remaining engine or delete it. The
worker_classificationsection ofoperational_config.yaml, read only byruntime_gate, is gone from the starter;
a copy left in your.intent/is ignored.- Unused code (#1353): 13 groups that nothing in CORE called, among them
CorrectionEngineandHeaderService.
Changed
- Test-coverage scope is a rule, not a file list (#1325, #1340):
test_coverage.yamlnamesinclude_paths
(src/mind/,src/will/,src/api/) andexclude_paths. A config that still usesinclude_fileskeeps working. - Access-register rules name what enforces them (#1346, #1347):
law shownames the mechanism for eachrbac.*
rule, or says that no code checks it.
Fixed
Security
- Dependencies: dnspython 2.9.0 (#1341), filelock 4.2.4 and setuptools 84.2.1 (#1331), each for a published CVE.
Documentation
- Docs and decision records match the code (#1351): claims in
docs/,action.ymland.specs/DECISIONS.md
checked against the code and corrected.
