Shrink release build to fit IzzyOnDroid; bump to 0.2.1

Enable R8 + resource shrinking and split the release APK per ABI so each
standalone APK clears IzzyOnDroid's 30 MB ceiling (the c2pa native lib is
~21 MB per ABI). Add keep rules for JNA, the c2pa bindings, and BouncyCastle.

The Play AAB build (fastlane deploy) sets -PplayBundle=true to skip ABI
splits and native-lib compression: Play does its own per-device splitting
and prefers uncompressed libs, and splits + resource shrinking are
incompatible with bundleRelease.
