What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Moves content from the very-long ServiceNow integration page to a set of guides. This will be released with a companion PR, https://github.com/DataDog/integrations-internal-core/pull/2188, in the
integrations-internal-corerepo that removes this content from the integration page and just leaves basic config information and links out to the guides, which will hopefully provide a much less overwhelming experience 🙂Merge instructions
